SEATTLE, Feb. 15, 2010 – A year after launching Seattle’s premier green

taken the next step in making sustainable building accessible to the
greater Seattle area. The company today announced the opening of its
first green building supply retail store and showroom at 1210 W.
Nickerson Street, Seattle.
Located in the heart of Seattle in the lower Queen Anne, Ballard,
Fremont and Magnolia area, the flagship Greenhome Solutions store is
staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people ready to help consumers and
industry professionals alike find green building products and home

“As we developed the Greenhome Solutions retail store concept, we
realized we needed to do more than just provide products,” stated Tyler
Reith, a Seattle native and veteran building contractor who co-founded
Greenhome Solutions with his siblings, Erin and Cameron. “There are all
sorts of definitions for ‘green’ and ‘eco-friendly’ today, and we felt
the need to demonstrate how those core concepts can be applied to our
customers’ homes. So Greenhome Solutions is not only a green building
supply, we’re also a resource center. We truly want our customers’
experience here to be fun and educational.”
The Reith siblings also intend for their store to be a real partner to
the local building and design industry. To that end, the Greenhome
Solutions showroom is accessible to professionals meeting with their
clients during or after business hours, and Greenhome Solutions offers

Like the company’s Web site, the Greenhome Solutions store offers many
products that are difficult to source locally. Greenhome Solutions
