This is not a typical product review - I'm reviewing the company and its representative, Tim Moore, rather than a product. Tim took the time to really listen and understand our project objectives and in the end suggested that the product we were interested in was not going to meet our needs, then took the time to walk us through other options to think about. He had the integrity to want to make the right sale - the right company and material that would result in happy customers - not just a sale. In today's business environment, that attitude is increasingly rare and deserves notice. Great store and amazing staff. I needed a few specific hardwood flooring pieces for a project and had been having a very difficult time finding somewhere that had and would sell me the things I needed (without a full flooring package or contractor’s license). AMAZING customer service. All the staff were patient, helpful, and kind. We got our order earlier than we expected and have already installed our cork flooring. Ordered from out of state and even saved a quite a bit on sales tax and shipping was free! Couldn't recommend them more highly. I usually use LL flooring, but will will use Greenhome from now on. I just had Viken Hardened Wood Flooring installed by Greenhome Solutions and I love them! Such a great alternative to LVP while providing all the benefits of worry free flooring. The Seattle team is awesome! I am very happy with the service and skill at every level of interaction. I was worried about the affect of the marmoluem design overall but in the end it is the most lovely choice I could have made. It took awhile to determine a color of marmoleum click. I spent hours looking it seemed. Then there it was, the Caribbean. It was perfect for the kitchen floor and bathroom floor. The install was amazingly quick and professional. I trust these people absolutely!

I had a great experience with Greenhome for installing new floors. They give great advice regarding which type of floor to use for which area. Also, we wanted to replace carpet in the bedrooms of our condo and didn't want to make life difficult for our downstairs neighbors by creating a much noisier environment.
At the same time, we wanted a non-toxic material to install in the bedrooms. Ruslan at Greenhome did research for us and gave us a couple of options, with complete specifications; we were able to quickly choose the best solution for us and our neighbors.
The installers, Peter and his colleague, came on time on the scheduled day and did an excellent job installing the floors, including in a closet that was not part of the original estimate and was a challenge because of uneven floors.
I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to help.
Finally, cost-wise it was cheaper than another company I had asked an estimate from. I think that it was a fair price in view of the type of material we wanted (sustainable, non-toxic) and the difficulty of the job (uneven floors).
So, excellent experience all around. And I love the fact that we can trust the material they use and don't have to worry about installing unhealthy, VOC-emitting material in our house! (Posted on Google 10/06/2023)

When I bought my condo, I had Greenhome Solutions install wood flooring in my entire condo and their work is perfection. Two years later I had water damage that required the flooring in my kitchen and entry to be removed. I had Greenhome Solutions redo those areas, and you would never know that there was any damage.
